Their dimensions are 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm and 3.2 x 2.5 mm and they have a frequency spectrum of 9.6 ~ 52 MHz and a maximum power consumption of 1.5 mA (up to 26 MHz) or 2.0 mA (> 26 ~ 52 MHz). The available LPXOs with supply voltages of 1.8, 2.6, 2.8 and 3.3 VDC have a frequency tolerance of ± 10 ppm as standard and are especially suited to portable or narrowband wireless applications. The available LPXOs with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C are also well applied in industrial applications. They further distinguish themselves with a very quick transient response of 2 ms.
